Do

Start your planning early, send invites and ask for RSVP. An estimated headcount lets you know how much space, tables, seating and other essential elements you’ll need to run a smooth party.

Serve your dish buffet style. Use a Chafer unit to keep food warm for the day.

Forget about the clean up. We wash all crockery, glassware and linen (so you don’t have to).

Check the 10-day weather forecast, we can add Gazebo’s, Parasols and Heaters to any order should the weather require.

Think about some Garden Games and Bean Bags to keep the kids entertained as they day progresses.

Remember that this is your venue for the day and night too, plan accordingly. We have a full range of glassware and are also one of the most well stocked suppliers on LED (lighted) furniture in Ireland.

Don’t

Forget about the small stuff, avoid the last minute panic by getting small things like Bin Rings, Side Plates, Serving Spoons and wine coolers etc.

Overwhelm yourself. Accept help from friends, family and guests.

Allow guests to leave without leftovers.

Don’t stress on each and every imperfection. It’s your day too. Enjoy it.
